Suggest Creams For Sun Spots On Face

I m a 21 year old female. When I was about 8, I developed sun spots on my face and I started using Synalar Simple, and it helped my face. I ve been using the cream on my face since. I ve been trying to use other face creams for about 5 years now. But all creams have given me an allergic reaction (redness, small pimples...). My face has become extremely sensitive. I can t seem to find a cream that ll work. I keep going back to Synalar Simple. Any suggestions?

Sun spots/ freckles can be prevented using sunscreens. Many sunscreens may have comedogenic property and few people may be sensitive to them. You can use sunscreens with micronized titanium oxide or zinc oxide.
