Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain I would like to inform you that COSMELITE cream is a steroid based cream containing
HYDROQUINONE, TRETINOIN and MOMETASONE FUROATE [steroid]..
Steroid creams initially shows wonderful effects on face by reducing pigmentation and brightening the face..
But long term use has severe side effects like skin thinning, pimples, inflammation, rashes, itching, excess hair growth and dilated veins under the skin..
I would therefore not adviseuse steroid cream anymore but you should stop using it gradually by tapering the usage as sudden stoppage can cause withdrawal side effects..
Therefore you should keep using the cream for a week followed by using it every alternate day and then stop it gradually..
Once you stop using the cream you can start using safer
depigmentation formulas like you can start washing your face with
Salicylic acid and
glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing
Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Vitamin E and C containing creams can help..
Creams that are rich in licorice extract and grapeseed extract can be helpful..
Always apply a sunscreen lotion to reduce
photosensitivity effect..
You should exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle face scrub..
Treatments like chemical peeling, Photofacial,
Microdermabrasion, dermal rollers etc can be helpful..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
