Suggest Confirmatory Test For Myasthenia Gravis

I am a Dentist and have noted some symptoms occurring in my wife. They are : drooping eyelids, food and liquid regeritating from oropharynx into nasopharynx when swallowing, pain in hands upon waking after sleep. my first thought is of Myasthenia Gravis but other disease may be possible. a blood test for MG is pending
