Suggest Change In Diet To Treat Dull Pain In The Bladder Area

I m on tamsulosin for my prostate but for pass 5 days have dull pain in bladder area and it s painful if I hold it too long. I m guessing it s either my prostate or I have a bladder infection. I plan on making an appointment with my MD but wondering in the mean time if you have any advise regarding what I should avoid eating or drinking. Thanks! Dwight M.

Hi, I think you should do a urine routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser. There is noth8ng to avoid in food.
