Suggest Causes For Excessive Sweating In Elderly Woman With Minimal Physical Activity

I am a 58 year old woman. I am obese. I experience sweating over my entire body with minimal movement. The job I do is physical with lots of walking. My being too hot and sweating all over has been on the increase over the last year. I have been through menopause and recently had heart and blood tests that have all been determined to be normal. What other reasons might there be for my general being too hot issue?
