General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic forum.
From your description, you got abdominal discomfort and bloating following a transfer(there might be some change in the diet pattern). This usually indicates acid peptic disease.
To my patients,I initially gives some antacids and acid lowering agents.Your doctor will guide you.
Mean while, the following tips might help you a lot.
1)Make your food habits regular-that is,keep schedule.
2)Avoid spicy/fried/oily items.
3)Reduce non veg items to a minimum
3)Avoid tea/coffee/chocolates.
4)Avoid smoking/alcohol-both increases acid output.
5)Take enough green leafy veges and fruits.
Hope,this will help you.
Thank you.
