Suggest Cause And Remedy For Upper Abdominal Pain And Bloating
Hi. I have been ill for a couple of months now. It started with a UTI which took 3 scripts to get rid of,now I have pain in my right upper abdomen and into the center of my stomach. When I eat I feel really bloated and that s when the pain gets worse. I had an ultrasound and doc sari it shows nothing! So why do I feel this way?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
You must be suffering from gastritis or peptic ulcer. This type of pain normally aggravates after having food. Both of these conditions are not seen on an ultrasound also. You should do the following remedies 1. First of all you should avoid spicy & oily food. You should also divide your diet in 4-5 parts rather taking a heavy diet at a time 2. You can take omeprazole 20mg empty stomach in the morning for a week or so. 3. Drinking water 1 hour before meals also helps.
If problem persist visit a gastroenterologist
Hope this information helps
