General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
From the description you have given about the act, the possibility of her becoming pregnant is very unlikely. Sometimes, pre-menstrual symptoms does cause nausea feeling and motion sickness.
In case you had a doubt about contact of ejaculatory fluid contact with her, then she should have taken an emergency contraceptive pill to prevent pregnancy within 72 hours of the act.
At this stage, there are no such pills to prevent pregnancy, but can only wait for her periods to come.
It would be always better to take protection by means of use of condoms and spermicidal agents to avoid pregnancy.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
