Hi,

In allopathy, apply Clindamycin ointment. If it still increases and is not going away then you need to see a doctor and may get tested. In Ayurveda, there are antioxidants that are helpful like turmeric etc. There are a few creams too, Sri Sri Tattva Anti Acne Gel and facewash can be tried in ayurvedic treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
