Suggest An Ideal Diet Plan For A Patient With Typhoid And TB
Hi so my sisters did some tests and the result showed that she has typhoid and tuberculosis at the same time. Doctor has prescribed her some medicines. She has gone too thin and weak. So my question is what foods can she eat so that she can be healthy and gain some weight. And what foods should she avoid. Thank you!
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. She should avoid below mentioned food. 1. Oily and spicy food. 2. Carbonated drinks 3. Alcohol containing drinks. 4. Junk food and large meals. 5. Outside stale food. She should take below mentioned food for faster recovery. 1. Plenty of fluids orally 2. Fresh fruits and vegetable salads. 3. Freshly cooked rice 4. High protein diet like pulses, eggs, vegetables 5. Eat only home made food. Don't worry, she will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your sister. Thanks.
