Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor" service. I have received your query and here is my advice.
Lacri-lube eye ointment contains white soft paraffin, mineral oil, and lanolin alcohols. These are three same ingredients that are in Cornigel eye ointment.
Lacri-lube is to moisturize and lubricate the surface of the eyeball.
It maybe difficult to find in stores. It is an over-the-counter product. You may be able to find it online.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
