I read your question and I understand your problem.

Niften is a combination in the same capsule of two different drugs which are Atenolol at 50mg and Nifedipine 20mg.
So first you should ask if there is a combination of Atenolol 50 mg or Nifedipine 20 mg, because it could be present where you are on holiday but under a different name, even by same manufacturer (It's Tenif in some countries same manufacturer Astrazeneca), might have other names as well).
If there is no such combination available then you can take them separately, Atenolol 50mg and Nifedipine 20mg (extended release). You'll have to take more pills, but it's an inconvenience you'll have to accept if you don't want to change regimen. They are both widespread drugs from many years so I don't imagine it's difficult to find them wherever you are, esp Atenolol. If you have trouble with extended release form of Nifedipine then Amlodipine 10 mg once daily would be a good substitute.
There is also the options of switching to other drugs corresponding to same class (betablockers and calcium channel blockers), but I don't think you want to do it if you've been well and not without cardiologist evaluation though.

I hope to have been of help.
