Suggest An Alternative Of Clopidogrel

A neurologist put me on clopidogrel a few weeks ago when he wasn t convinced I didn t have a mini stroke, even after MRI didn t show one. I got really week, and felt horrible after taking them about a week and a half. My PCP gave me a prescription for Brilinta. The price was 350.00, my insurance wouldn t pay. I hd a coupon and it was still 225.00. I was wondering. I have tirelessly tried the past week or so to get my PCP to find another blood thinner for me. but I cant hear any thing from him. I was wondering if I could either break the Clopigegrel in half and take or either take one every other day. Plese I need advise

You can take Prasugrel in place of Ticagrelor it may come as a tablet form like tablet Applet once a day. But if you observe any bleeding or hemorrhagic manifestation you may consult your doctor immediately he will examine and treat you accordingly.
