Suggest Alternative Treatment For Weight Loss

Need to lose weight. Lost 80 lbs earlier with treadmill, but can no longer use as injured hip & then rotator cuff. Current weight 169, & 5 1.75 in tall, Origionally got down to 130 lbs. Take only Hydroclothorazide (half 25 mg) & Lisinopril for blood pressure @ 15 mg daily. Was taking Nortriptyline for PHN, but it makes me gain. I recently stopped that as it didn t help much. I also have Sjogrens disorder. Have had trouble getting to sleep in past, which was helped with nortriptyline as I have sleep apnea, made worse by a higher weight. Would like to lose 35 lbs. I am 72. Rotator cuff was repaired. No room for treadmill now. Disabled husband requires my care as he has open thorocotomy from lung cancer, 83 yrs old.
