2 yrs ago I was diagnosed with with very high risk osteoporosis and did not want to take those horrible medications prescribed for osteoporosis, so I went on a diet to increase density. Gave up sugar completely and did all the things I was told to do, diet, exercise, etc. Had a bone scan 2 months ago and did not show not even a 1% increase on my test. I m depressed to say the least, so what do I do now to try to better my bones?
