Suggest Alternative Remedy For Arthritis

I would like to know why BOTH of my knees hurt so badly. I can barely get up from a chair or sitting position, up and down from a toilet, in and out of a bathtub. They both ache terribly they wake me up at night. I know I have arthritis as I have had cortisone shots in the knees and feet.......which have always helped for months and months if not over a year. This time nothing makes them feel better and this is the first time they have both hurt so much in each knee. My wrests and knuckles also hurt and my left foot in the joints. I also seem to be much more tired.

hello,
you may need to be tested for Rheumatoid arthareritis.
If yourcondition has worsened and also spread to other joints then beside osteoarthritis we need to be careful we are not missing something else.
curcuma longa extracts have now been proven to be helpful for osteoarthritis.
You may take a supplement containing that.
I find this answer helpful
