Suggest Alternative Medication In Place Of Meloxicam

I need a pain medication, I was given meloxicam in place of naproxen. this cause me some very bad chest pain. I felt like I was having a heart attack. Is there a better pain medication that you would recommend or that I could recommend to my Doctor seeing he does not like to prescribe narcodics

As per your history is concerned you have not mentioned you need painkiller for which disorders.Different disorders needs different painkillers.So ask your doctor to treat disease .If disease will be managed in correct way then you may not need any painkillers at all.so try to avoid painkillers which is good for health.
