Suggest Alternative Medication In Place Of Dexamethasone

I HAVE BEEN PERSCRIBED DEXAMETHASONE. THE SIDE EFFECTS FOR ME ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. IS THERE A MEDICINE, PREDNOSONE, THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT OTHER THAN DEXAMETHASONE? I HAVE ADRENAL INSUFFICIENCY. NO THANK YOU, I HAVE AN ENDOCRONOLOGIST AND I HAD RATHER CONSULTWITH HIM.

both are steroid but dexamethasone is prefered. since there is adrenal insufficiency then steroid are to be given but tapering is to be done and side effect are to be watched. it is to be balanced till permissible treatment is to be balanced.hormonal essay is to be done and endocrinologist can guide about treatment keeping in mind side effect
