Suggest Alternate Over The Counter Medication For Trimovate
Hi, I have been using Trimovate for my vulval psoriasis (prescribed by my dermatologist years ago), but it is no longer available. Can you tell me if there is an alternative cream that combines the three active ingredients found in Trimovate? Thanks

Trimovate cream contains three active ingredients, clobetasone butyrate(steroid), oxytetracycline and nystatin(antifungal)
Daktacort cream is an alternative and contain hydrocortisone(steroid) and miconazole(antifungal)
Another alternative is Lotrisone cream which contains a combination of betamethasone(steroid) and clotrimazol(anti fungal)
But I recommend that you consult your doctor to determine the exact cause for symptoms you are having before using the cream.Since you had been diagnosed and treated for vulvar psoriasis long time ago, consult your doctor to see if your current symptoms are due to psoriasis or anything else
