Suggest A Skin Cream To Lighten The Skin For A 21-year-old

Good Day I m a young 21 year old guy with a very young looking Face , I m from Pretoria in South Africa & for the past few months I ve been experiencing skin color changes due to sun burn . I ve been using Gentle Magic Products (Soap & Serum with SPF15) but it s not helping ... I want to know how can I lighten my skin color back to normal without damaging or irritating my skin as I wanna look confident again ... Which product is good for skin lightening without skin effects in South Africa ... Your help will be highly appreciated - 21 year old concerned Boy

I read your query and here is my advice.

You may need to use a sunscreen with higher protection of 50 spf at least.
You are using a very low protection sunscreen.
Also use scrub products to remove the old and dead skin cells and help regeneration.
Avoid staying in sun for long hours.
