Suggest A Remedy For Severe Allergies, Sneezing And Congested Nose

I've moved to Arkansas about three years ago, my allergies have gotten bad....the sneezing I can handle, but the clogged up nose to the point it's dripping and draining down in my chest...where I throwing up the mucus and what ever I ate...there's been times Im okey where my nose is stuffy..then my allergies will kick in...sometimes it get so congested it gets bad...there was one time my spitting up in the sink and my nose not letting me breath thru it..I get dizzy, I've been to the doctors and tried every spray and pills...is there any thing else I can do...

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from allergies to Environmental pollutants like dust, pollen, animal danders etc..
Other causes can be certain grasses and trees..
As you have taken nasal sprays and pills that seems to be anti allergics, I would like you to first of all consult an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough clinicl evalutaion and allergic tests can help in diagnosis..
Once the cause of allergy is ruled out, the best way to prevent the symptoms is to avoid exposure to allergen..
You can continue taking anti allergics like Levocetrizine, Claritin etc..
You can use decongestant nasal sprays like Xyometazoline..
You can also do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
You can avoid exposure to dust and pollutants..
You can also be advised Immunotherapy by Allergist and it will help in reducing the severity of symptoms and also reduce duration of the symptoms..
