I have noticed that my bones dent very easily. I caught my husbands shin bone with my shin bone a few years back and the bone is still dented. I recently hit my head and I have discovered a long indent on my skull about 2inches long and about 2mm deep. I then caught my head on a tap recently and have a dent there also. I have broken my right foot twice and have been told my bone density is poor. I'm 30. Female. Vegetarian since the age of 9.
