Suggest A Remedy For Panic Attacks And Fatigue Post Intake Of Zoloft

I am 42 years old. I quit taking Effexor in the fall but got completely off in December because I didn t like how numb I felt. My dr put me Zoloft in January. Years ago I took Paxil and had to get off immediately because I started having severe panic attacks and anxiety that put me in the ER. It s been about 2 months since I ve started Zoloft. I m now having panic attacks night and day. I can t sleep. I m exhausted all day. I ve recently also started having gall bladder issues. The panic attacks and gall bladder issues started about the same time. Is any of this related? I feel like I m going crazy and that death is imminent. I can t handle these feelings. Please help.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned what type of bladder issue you have, although it may not be due to anxiety attack but anxiety could creates such thought if this is the functioanal elements playing the role, if bladder pathology really needs to be cleared then imaging study hoep this is information helps.
