Back in Sept of 2015 my grand daughter step on my right little toe,her shoe made a little cut on top of toe. She had on dress shoes. Anyways it scabed after a day or two, I noticed the scab wouldn t come off,hints I m a picker. After about a month the toe started to pain an the scab was getting larger and was flat to surface, after another month I noticed pain increase an the scab had taken on a different shape it looked as though it was scabbing under the skin, I soaked the toe was able to peel back the skin an sure enough the scab seems to be growing down into toe as a pose to growing up and healing, so i soaked toe several time a day the pain is getting worse and after several attempts of tring to figure out what was going on it looks as though the there is a core that has developed, there is no drainage or puss in toe just this yellowish hard core it is very painful can t wear shoes or socks. Plz help, I m in another country visiting family have no insurance here an the pain is out of control keeps me awake and starting to be painful if I walk or apply to much pressure.
