I have had a very itchy anus on and off for the past 10 years. I have tried every cream available for fungal infections, eczema, hemorrhoids, as well as treating myself for worms etc. I have been to the doctor twice in the past and been advised not to use soap etc. I keep myself very clean and use wet wipes after a bowel motion which seems to help a little. Creams can sometimes seem to ease it a little however the symptoms return very fast.
