Suggest A Remedy For Irregular Bowel Movements

My baby is 6 months old.He had motion 1 time a day for past 1 month.For last 10 days he is being fed cereals,mosambi juice.Now he has motion 3 times in the morning upto 12 noon.After lunch 1 time with bubbling motion with slight bad smell.What can be the remedy?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history related to your 6 month old son whom you have started Mosambi juice and cereals, now passes motions 4 times a day with bubbling motion and slight bad smell.
Since the baby is just 6 months old, it will take some time for his intestines to get adjusted to anything other than milk and having 4 motions per day is normal in small children, hence no need to worry.
On a safer side get the stool tests done including that for lactose and sucrose intolerance and modulate the foods and beverages accordingly under the guidance of you pediatrician. This is also important to see the Pediatrician to have clinical evaluation and proper guidance,
