Hello Doctor, I am 28 years old woman. My height is 5 feet 2 inches. My weight is 36kg right now. From childhood i am underweight. I had never gone above 40kg. Its always between 35 to 39 kg. I eat small quantity and two times a day(including lunch and dinner) yet i feel my stomach is full.I am married from last two years. I want your suggestions to gain weight and what are the causes of my underweight situation. Please suggest me some advise too gain weight. Because we are going to plan for baby.
