Suggest A Diet Plan For Six Months Old Infant
hi,my babyboy is now 5-1/2months old.from few days i notice that he started crying at midnight.my elders are saying that my breast milk is not suficient for him.my question is that can i give cerelac(rice) to him? or give me advice for another opt. like dal-chawal/suji.i have already started potato and rice inthe daytime.

Even if your milk is sufficient it will not meet the needs of the baby after 6 months.
Exclusive breast feeding is recommended only upto 6 months.
After 6 moths the baby needs milk cereal mixtures like cerelac or nestum.
AS you have already started other foods, continue if the baby tolerates.
