Suggest A Diet Plan For Reducing Weight?

Sir my age is 23,my height is 5'7 nd weight is 74,i want to reduced my weight as well as my belly,i want to become slim nd fit,and also my cheeks are no so chubby i need my cheeks chubby,what could i do for all above things,would u plz suggest me dr.

Welcome to HCM,

According to your height your ideal body weight should be around 63kgs.
Your diet would definately play a major role in losing weight but I would also suggest you to start with 12 rounds of surya namaskars daily and increasing by 5 every alternate day.THis will shed excess body fat and trim your waist.

Also follow few guidelines:
1.Eat 5 small meals instead of 2 large ones.
2. Consume fruits inbetween meals.
3. Replace tea and coffee with green tea,buttermilk,fresh lime juice.
4.Avoid Rice for dinner.
5.Eliminate fried foods and saturated fats such as butter, ghee and margarine from your diet.
