hello doctor i am 23 yr old boy weights around 45 kg and 5 ft 6 inch height. i am also celiac patient (glutien allergetic). want to gain weight someone recommend me to take ashwgandha (1/2 teaspoon) along with shilajit (1 pinch), brahmi (1/2 teaspoon), triphla (1/2 teaspoon) and giloy (1/2 teaspoon) and make paste or chutney with honey twice a day. or i should add mulsi and shatvari to it is it can be take to improve health?
