Suffering From Rashes And Pain In Feet And Right Big Toe, While Exercising. Reason?
I am 41 a bit overweight about 13 stone but im 5ft 9 and a size 14 so not huge. I dont smoke and dont drink to excess. In the last few months I have started getting v bsd hest rashes whenever I shower or exercise and also somd odd pain in my feet; pins and needles, numbness and a sharp pain on the top og the right big toe and left little toe. Any ideas if theyre linked?
