Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic Did your doctor tell you the diagnosis ? Is it melasma ? Usually Triglow cream is given for melasma. Melasma is a difficult condition to treat. It can lighten but cannot be cured. Avoid sunlight as much as possible and use a sunscreen daily during day time.If your face is oily use a gel based sunscreen. A face wash containing glycolic acid will help in decreasing pigmentation. Chemical peels will help if you take many sittings and please consult a dermatologist practicing cosmetology for the same. Whatever improvement you get with peels and lightening cream should be maintained by regular skin care and avoidance of sunlight as much as possible. Sunscreen should be a routine for the rest of your life. Hope this helped. Take care
