Hello my child has recently developed hand foot and mouth but has fully recovered from that in the last week, I ve only been in contact twice the last time of that being moday. On Friday I started to feel quite unwell, constantly going to the toilet, with a huge painful headache the whole day, blaming it on the food I previously had the night before, by the evening the headache was worse, I was showing more flu like symptoms, was coughing but my throat started to hurt, was completely exhausted so went to sleep early, I was over heating but not feeling sick.. Woke up and went to work Saturday, no toilet worries however I had a heartburn sensation to the right of my chest and my throat was very painful when I swallowed, I felt well enough to play football but again straight after was completly exhausted and needed to have a sleep when I arrived home. And today I ve woken up with several red spots on both my hand not petruding at all, or filled with any liquid but they are itchy and giving me pins and needles sensations and are causing quite a bit of distress to me, when you touch the marks they are very tender and the tips of my fingers give a weird sensation to the touch, I m still exhausted and got the painful throat and my feet are hurting too.. Any ideas what this could be, there s nothing on my face or any blisters so I rule it out being hand foot and mouth but ask as my daughter has had it very recently. Many thanks
