rectal pain when i stand up. no pain when lying down. I had MRI and the test does not show anything. The doctors seem to think its coming from my back. I had Epidoral and trigger shots. Still my rectom feel like it going to fall out. I am at my wits end. I can no longer live like this. colon and rectal dr.s. can find a reason ..maybe its nerve pain but no meds stop the pain. Celebrex. Diclofenac, does not help. I sit in sits bath, that helps for about 20 minutes. It feel like my back is goping to fall through my rectu. I was 167l;s, I am 143 and loosing because the pain .
