Suffer From Melasma. Is Pinodin Safe? What Re The Side Effects?
Struggled with Melasma for years... what is Pinodin & is it safe and FDA approved in the US? Are there any major associated risks or side effects? What is the typical tx plan and mechanism behind this drug assisting with Melasma? Are results temporary?I am a RN and prefer topicals that are natural based with no hydrquinone as it causes rebounding any suggestions? I use great sunscreens and hide from the sun for prevention but summer is tuff! Thxs Cristina RN

Hello, pinodin is not us fda approved product. it is under trial, results are temporary.
you can use a kojic acid or an arbutin cream at night an a sunscreen at day.
