Strong Pain Near The End Of Peeing With Fullness In Bladder And Sore Clitoris

When I use the bathroom near the end of peeing I have a strong pain go through me that makes me tear up. Right afterwards I can stand up and I feel a lot of pressure as if my bladder is full, also my clitoris is sore does this just mean I have a uti or something worse

Yes, your concern is very true.
It can be UTI but you havent mentioned about fever.
Also it can be some local infection of perineal area causing inflammation of clitoris & external urethral meatus causing terminal burning.
In my hospital, I first examine the area & do blood investigations, then prescribe appropriate antibiotic.
Consult your dr also to measure post-void residue by ultrasound.
