Stings, Swollen Tender Bumps With Escapade In Pubic Hair. Insect Bite?

It was after I put on a pair of Capri pants that were in storage, o felt a couple small stings, now there's 5/6 tiny swollen tender bumps with escapade on them. What bug or spider would have caused it or could it be something else? It itched for a day or so after but now its just a little swollen and tender there ..
