Stinging Pain Below Left Knee, Varicose Veins, Purple Colour Due To Veins, Genetic Problem

I have a stinging in my leg just below my knee that felt like a bee sting and when I checked I notice a couple raised veins that I had not notice before. I know I ve inherited viracose veins - my grandmother s legs were almost purple from her veins. Should I be extremely worried? Or just expect this to get worse? I m a 61 year old kindergarten teacher, 5 4 and 174-180 pounds. I can never seem to fit in more exercise which I know I need. Please help. Thanks

varicose veins do not cause pain ! get yourself examined by osteopath for any knee problem
