Stabbed Myself Below Knee, Wound Not Large

accidentally stabbed myself in the back of my leg just below the knee. I was bleeding quite a bit although the wound is not large and since applying pressure it has basically stopped bleeding. It is swollen however and feels hardened. Is this normal?

It is normal. But do get examined to see if there is any bone injury. Because that is more important to rule out fracture and requires more rest and time to heal.
