Spleen Removed, Another Found. Any Special Diet To Follow To Boost Immunity?
I recently had my spleen removed, it was non-traumatic rupture. They also found a second smaller spleen the size of a peanut m&m which is still intact but was told it will never function as a normal spleen. My question is there a special diet I can follow or foods I should eat more of to help boost my immune system . I cant seem to find any information out there on this.

After splenectomy you are immunocompromised
I Advise you to take healthy balanced diet
Add vegetables and fruit to your diet
Avoid taking junk food
Take lot of fluids
Take milk
