Soreness In Chest, Heart Area, Intense, Discomfort. What Does This Mean?

My heart area feels sore. It is mild, not very intense, but uncomfortable. When I rub the area it goes away, but shortly returns. It feels like it is under my left pectoral because I have to angel my fingers down underneath my pectoral, between the pecs and the middle section of my chest, to feel any relief. Should I be concerned?

Age/sex missing difficult to say or advise on medical ground, you should never miss to mentioned it, it becomes very very important in certain history like yours here, any way,, acid peptic disease would be first cause, you can discus it with your doctor, bye
