Sore Throat, Migraines, Dark Green Mucus, Cough, Dark Red Urine

Hello, I'm actually wondering what's wrong with my boyfriend. For the past week he's had a severe sore throat and constant migraines, dark green mucus, and very dark almost red urine. It doesn't hurt him when he goes pee (I asked because I suspected kidney stones?) he's had a horrible cough (like smokers cough but he doesn't smoke) and a very dry nose (he's been getting bloody noses daily. I'm very worried, HELP! Thanks.

Dear Friend.

Your friend needs urgent evaluation.

The type of urine you are describing means he is passing RBCs in his urine, he might be having nephritis.

Associated with sore throat, cough.. the probable differentials are..
1.Post Streptococcal glomerulonephritis.
2.Wegner's granulomatosis.
3.Good pastuer syndrome.

I am not saying he has one of these, but the way you are describing symptoms, something serious it can be.

I advise you to take him to a doctor at earliest.
