Sore Jaw, Salty Taste, Raised Lump Inside Cheek, Smelly Stool And Urine. Is This A Sign Of Illness?

hello. About 3 days ago I had a sore jaw..in the joint. I though it may just be out of place. I worked it to put it back. I wasn't. I then started working the soreness out. That's when I noticed when I pressed my jaw joint it caused a salty taste. I then found it raised a lump inside my cheek. I looked at it in the mirror and it's white...not sore at all. After going to the bathroom I noticed that my stool smelled salty and remembered that my urine has too for about a week. What in the work is coming out of my jaw into my cheek or is it going into my cheek from the jaw? Thank you. Wayne

Hello,

Sore jaw and salty taste within jaw and cheek may be due to -fracture or deep infected tooth within the oral cavity.

I would advice you to get a thorough clinical evaluation done.

Decayed or impacted tooth has to be either restored or extracted depending on severity of inflammation underlying.

Analgesics along with muscle relaxants and antibiotics has to be administered.

Gargle frequently with lukewarm saline.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Take care.
