So This Is Going To Be Long! On The 23rd

So this is going to be long! On the 23rd of January this year I had to have a D&E done at 18 weeks pregnant. I started bleeding straight after the procedure and bled for the 2 weeks leading up to getting my depo provera shot again. The whole 3 months of depo I bled, not extremely heavy and was brown in colour but required pad/tampon constantly. When it came to getting my next needle I decided not to, after 5 days of it wearing off I stopped bleeding. A week later I started bleeding and assumed it was my normal period finally coming back, that day I started microlut (the mini pill) within 2 days I was having severe migraines so stopped taking them. 7 weeks later I am still bleeding extremely heavily, I'm soaking through a pad every hour. My doctor put me on Primolut nearly 2 weeks ago, said to take them until the bleeding stopped and then stop taking them. As soon as I stop and don't take a tablet at usual time I start bleeding extremely heavily again. I've had multiple blood tests and ultrasounds and the only thing it shows is an elevated LH level in my blood. No I don't have PCOS even though I've had the symptoms majority of my teenage years but get tested constantly.
This is extremely stressful and I need a solution please.
