So , the other day my wrist started hurting for no reason. I cant bend it forward all the way or backwards with out pain. (I compared to me left wrist which is fine). I can write with my right hand but a couple letters hurt, mostly the letters that go high. (like A's and L's) popping my fingers by pulling them to the side a little hurts. If i put weight on it it gives out. I've been holding my phone and turned it (like tilting the screen) and i almost dropped it involuntarily. This also happened with a glass of tea as well. Any ideas?
