So I'm Trying To Get Some Answers About A Previous

So I'm trying to get some answers about a previous severe traumatic brain injury to my frontal lobes at age 13 and was in a coma for about a week and diagnosed with major migraines. As a child I can't remember how bad my migraines were. I am now 26 I've recently experienced major migraines to the point where it in impossible to make any sudden movements. I have multiple questions that I would like answered from a professional neurologist (brain doctor) who knows about head traumas. The doctor said things that were easier as a child will become difficult in the future as an adult. I know the bruising most likely has healed throughout the years. I'm not quite sure how to address my questions or perhaps concerns. I've read on the internet about basically what to expect. I try not to allow this injury to dictate my ability to make decisions or to do any tasks but its hard to explain to others that my mind isn't wired and doesn't function the way other people's minds do. I don't feel as if I'm as advanced as adults my age are. At times I feel my mind is stuck between a child and adult. I forget easily to do anything. And right now I feel like I've lost where I was going with this and the questions I was going to ask. But one of the questions I had was, is there any tests that could be done to follow up on the injury. My parents really didn't do much I believe I did do some speech therapy and memory tests. But its fuzzy to remember. There are certain things I could remember as long as it is already in my everyday planning. I don't do well with change and if there is any changes I automatically go into a rage and it messes with my head and become confused. I also have a few mental illnesses so I know that takes part in that.
I apologize if I jumped around and didn't make sense it happens at times. Its better explained verbally than writing it down I guess.
