So I have a question the tip of my penis hurts when I pee and I have been having what looks like semen seeping out through out the day. It seems to really hurt also when I get an erection. It's been like this for about a week and a half. The one thing is I did have a dog scratch me on the tip of my penis. Do you have any ideas on what my problem may be? Also the last time I have had sex is a little over a month ago.
