Slipped while pushing horse. Having burning sensation, swelling in the lower leg. Solution?

I stepped sideways to push a horse and was on a bit of an incline and my left leg slipped a little bit and i heard a pop and felt a burning sensation in the lower leg. Now the muscle if very tender and there is a lot of swelling . when the swelling goes down, there is a bump on the top side of the lower leg over the bone. It is feeling a little less painful to touch the sore spots on the inside of the calf muscle but still swelling a lot and hurts to flex my foot both ways.
