Skin blotches under bra line, Is it bacterial ?
I have blotches, slightly dark than my skin , around my bra wire area under the breasts They are not red or itchy, they just look like sun spots. Is it bacterial ? I do sleep with my bra on sometimes could it be from that ?

It is due to continuous pressure on your skin.
Don't wear too tight inner wear.
You can put off during bed time.
