Sir I am GAD rapid breath and agoraphobia / panic anxiety patient for last 15 years. I am 40 yrs old male. I was taking Imipramine 50mg & eskazine 2mg for last 7 years, now is no longer effective. Now last 40 days I am taking escitalopram 20mg and increased to 30 mg last 7 days but I have breathlessness and mucus like sensation in throat. TMT, 2D ECHO, SGPT, ESR ALL REPORTS normal except rapid heart and borderline sugar.
I am fed up with this anxiety. Please kindly advise. Sir what is the effective dosage of pregabalin since I also tried 75mg with little benefit. Thanks. raf
